I would give zero stars if I could. Noralife is a SCAM. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I made a purchase of their Krill Oil and noticed on the confirmation email they sent that I was automatically subscribed to receive monthly deliveries. I tried with numerous emails (since Oct.13) back & forth to cancel the subscription and their system of deceit is so convoluted it’s appalling. Trynoralife.com is one website their products are on. Their customer service is Neurobella. They claimed I didn’t have an account associated with my email which was ridiculous since they sent the initial confirmation of sale to my email. I thought it was a company based in Norway, but once the order was shipped I saw it was coming from China. I then realized this was another Chinese scam site. In any case, I’ve cancelled my CC & will pursue them for to the full extents available if they find a way to charge me & continue with the subscription. I will also try to return their product. NEVER PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY Noralife.

I was unable to cancel my subscription and was charged 2 x £49.99 for product I did not want.

Today is Oct. 19. I ordered on Oct. 4. After 15 days still no delivery.
Tracking info is a bunch of excuses.
Pretty hard to leave a good review for an item that is not delivered.

I ordered the cinnamon as a 1 time trial for my type 2 diabetes, didn't receive the results as promised, however now they send me a 6 month supply every month, have tried multiple times on multiple formats to cancel, but have had zero results, Noralife websites are a farse, don't get taken as I was

I'm adding my 1-star review to the many others. Noralife set me up for a subscription without my knowledge. I have tried multiple times to cancel to no avail. Customer service and responsiveness (other than charging me each month) is abysmal. The cost is unreasonable. I have found the same Ceylon cinnamon in my local drug store for 1/6 the price. Don't get taken!

I never signed up for auto delivery. Please stop this!!! No one answers my emails and the phone number doesn’t work.

I have unfortunately only just this last couple of weeks been using them (as I've been away, plus they took along time to arrive) Its too early yet to tell, but I will once I
've had the chance to use some more, get myself tested to see results. I am a long way behind as I am still on packet 1 of the 1st batch of 3, have had 2 more batches of 3 arrive since then. I am hoping I will benefit from this experience. I am currently just taking them with water at the moment.

The only thing that it has done for me is it made my bank account smaller

I wish to return this product since my doctor does not want me to use this product as a replacement for my cholesterol meds. That was the intent of my purchase. Therefore , can you send me a return label and refund my money since I have not opened the parcel!
