Fake tracking , no item delivered

Ordered FlexiaFit™ - Smart Reaction Lights (4-pack)
Their tracking said it had been delivered, but it never was and after responding to my first email they have not responded to any subsequent requests

Very disappointed. After payment, customer support has been nonexistent. I’ve sent five emails (website form, email replies, and support email) with zero response.
No product was ever received. It’s been 1 month since it was ordered.

I ordered some training lights for my grandson for Xmas. They did not arrive. I contacted Flexia Fitness and like other customers I was told that they had tried to deliver twice but there was no evidence of delivery on my ring doorbell for the dates they said I was then told delivery would be on 22nd or 23rd Dec. Again no delivery so no Xmas present for my grandson! I had to get him a gift voucher for a sports store which wasn't ideal.
After Xmas I contacted the company again and had no response so I had to contact Paypal to get my money returned. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

This is a scam company. Ordered and it wasn’t even delivered. The mail back wasn’t even replied. DO NOT USE THIS

SCAM - I instantly knew from the email received, which said no questions asked would refund us and, if the product arrives, send it back!

This website is a scam. I purchased something on the 19th December. Their website claims it was delivered between 23 and 28th December - it wasn’t. I have contacted them and received no reply. Seeing other reviews made me realise they are a scam. Have reported the site to reportfraud.org.uk

Total scam company. Avoid!

I am reporting flexia-fitness.com as a scam website.

I placed Order No. 1242, but the parcel was never delivered. The seller initially claimed the rider could not deliver, and since then has failed to provide any valid tracking number. Despite multiple follow-up emails over more than two weeks, there has been no response.

Payment was taken, but no product was delivered. I am reporting this to warn others and prevent further victims.

Can only assume it's a scam, product didn't arrive and despite promise of a refund - guess what.... that never happened either, and now the email conversation has gone quiet!
Looks like a legitimate company but isn't.

Order a couple of posture correctors on 12/18/25 and never received in the mail. Tried to contact on their email portion of site (since no phone number for customer service). Have not received response since (it's 1/12/26 now). Unfortunately seeing the reviews on here the trend does align that it's a scam. Site mentioned it's on it's way still but if you put in your order number it says it's delivered (with no proof like pic at the door of delivery).

Same as everyone else. Brought a music boxing device. Was aupposed to be here before christmas never arrived. Sent numerous emails. Last email I received was the company saying they would refund my money in 5 days but nothing. So disappointed.

Scam company. Items never received. No response to emails to resolve matter.

Don’t pay for the website , its a SCAM

Bought a treadmill beginning of December supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Item never arrived even though email says it was delivered. There is no tracking number only website information claiming delivery had been made. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the company and also used the website's contact information to follow up. Received email asking me to check with neighbours for delivery despite no evidence of any attempt at delivery being made by video camera or any missed call card. They said would refund and to get 5-7 business days. 3 weeks later I’ve chased them as not received refund or the missing delivery. Now to contact my bank!

DEFINITELY SCAM COMPANY. Bought items for Christmas gift and was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Items never arrived even though email says they were delivered. There is no tracking number or any information showing how it was delivered or proof of delivery. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the company and also used the website's contact information to follow up and nobody has responded. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

absolute scam; fake tracking information and no product. their Christmas sale is still up, prior to purchase says 4 remaining, and says the same after you purchase. They do not respond to any messages. If you placed an order, I’d recommend doing a charge back.
