Services 5* , staffs are friendly, maintenance team helpful, respectful and reasonable price,
I gave 4* only the down side is when something wrong with the car, we have to take it to them and it may take half a day or whole day, but we will loose the earnings and there won’t be reimburse in that, 2nd thing is recovery charges is so high as we have to pay.

A grate place to do your PCO car hire business.

I have been with them nearly 9 months, so far so good.

Staff are approachable:
Mr.Martin: he is the one I contacted first to hire my sharan, he offered me 2 weeks free, even I did not expect or ask him but the free period helped me a lot, a big thank for him from my bottom of the heart.
The Engineer, Mr.Sati, honest and friendly person, he always try his best to put you back on your track ASAP. and the other one I don't know her name, she is always on the options 2, when you call for your maintenance and services, she is a kind person, willing to solve your issues quickly and put you back on the move.

Supporting your local and competitors of Monopolies would save your future, it's from my own experience.

Ameena has been great. She always try’s her best and gives the best service ever. Overall simple self drive give better service than other PCO companies. Thank you again in simple self drive

Guys Simple self-drive has started a scam to collect more money from you.
I have been driving taxi since 2017 and always rented vehicle to drive. Started using Simple self drive recently and I have never went over my allowed mileage, but recently these guys have been sending me charges for excess mileage which they can't prove. They don't know I take photos of the mileage before I return my car to them, I have severally asked them for a photo of my mileage when I returned the car but still nothing, the recent return they wanted to charge me for a scratch on the vehicle, if not for the photos I took when I collected the vehicle, how would I have explained it, the painful part is these guys took photos of the scratch that day but wanted to lie so to charge me.
Guys I will tell you, I have sworn never to use Simple self drive anymore and would advice you to not use them anymore so you don't suffer what I suffered. Some staff are nice but you won't believe the manager insulted me because I was defending myself. That company is a scam believe me, they were good before but now I think they believe we driver don't look into things because we are always busy
