have been hiring a car from Fleeto for more than five years now, and overall I am very happy with their service. There are a few small areas that could be improved, such as providing car mats, but nothing major.
All the staff are friendly and professional, from the reception team to the managers. This week, I was planning to return my car and move to another company for a better deal. However, Fatima and her sales team took the time to speak with me and offered a better deal that convinced me to stay.
I was particularly impressed with Fatima’s communication skills and the professionalism of her team manager. Their approach, understanding, and willingness to help really made a difference. I truly appreciate their customer service and support.
