DO NOT TRUST YOUR BANK DETAILS WITH THIS COMPANY. My father bought a chefs knife from them and then they continued to charge his account £9 every single month for the past year. They were emailed and they responded with promises the charges would stop. They didnt stop. The last payment to them was yesterday. The bank was informed and put a block on the company from accessing any more of his funds and reimbursed him for the past 4 months. They unfortunately couldn't retrieve all of the funds. This company steals from pensioners.

Got charged on my bank account an extra transaction I never made!

The order seemed to go all well at checkout/payment, until the following day I got a second charge for £14.89 without a reason or explaination. Without me ordering anything else on the website. Almost as if they retained the right to use my credit card details as direct debit.
I got in touch to request an explanation but they haven't replied yet.

Ordered a heated gillet

Ordered a heated gillet, when it arrived tge heating function was not working. Emailed them twice but no one has eber got back. Very poor quality product and zero customer service.

Would avoid at all costs

Would avoid at all costs. Usually before payment my bank asks me to confirm when the message came up it immediately disappeared so thought I hadn’t been charged. Was surprised to receive parcel from China. Product didn’t fit but the return process is too complicated. I will be more careful in future!

SCAMMERS ! Be aware of small print

They have sneakily signed me up to £8.99pcm ongoing charges - READ THE SMALL PRINT. Very disappointed as this is borderline SCAM. I Emailed them and got no response, they will not speak on the telephone. I have now cancelled through my bank. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Flash will not arrange a Return.

I ordered a Wireless Router, it arrived, but I was unable to make it work.
Since then I have been unable to return the item. I have made 3 unsuccessful emails, which Flash have not responded to.
