Do not buy from them ! Do not give them card details !

My elderly mum ordered an item in may. The next day she was charged £17 unauthorised and on the 12th of every month £8.99 has been taken from her bank. She tried to contact them to cancel these payments as she didn’t authorise them or know what they were for she bought a one off item didn’t sign upto anything that she knows of. Today I have contacted her bank and had the company blocked from taking further money. If this happens to you call your bank and have it blocked. Over £70 taken unauthorised that she didn’t know was being taken and then couldn’t get hold of them. Disgusting company she’s now paid over £100 for an item that cost £30 !! Bank now looking into it for her !

Delayed delivery

UPDATE 16/12/2026: Despite responding and sending relevant details, I have not received any contact from them. It's disgusting
Ordered gift for a granddaughter which was meant to be delivered 1/12, currently the 9th and I'm still waiting. If I was aware it would take so long, I would have gone elsewhere. Have emailed without any response. Disappointing to say the least

Total rubbish DONT BUY THIS DONGLE

Total rubbish. DONT BUY THIS DONGLE. Have not been able to connect to the Internet even after I got an unlimited data SIM. The SIM works perfectly in my TPS mobile wifi. Delivery also took nearly a month when they said it would be delivered in days.
I have reported this scam to Google cos I bought it off YouTube ad.
Just buy a normal wifi dongle. Don't waste your money with these con merchants.

Avoid this scam store

I bought an item for £30 and when I checked my bank statement, this scam company took a second unauthorised payment of £13 from my account. I contacted their support email for an explanation on why this happened. Do you know what their response was? They made no mention of the unauthorised payment but instead pleaded with me to leave them a customer review. I mailed them again saying you didn't explain why you took this money from my account. I have had no response from them for 2 and a half weeks. So I finally called my bank to open a dispute against them, and guess what? Within under 3 hours, they finally refunded me. It took me having to escalate the situation by involving my bank. They were never going to refund me. If they were so quick to cooperate with my bank, why couldn't they respond to me promptly as well? I'll tell you why. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I bet you they'll respond to this negative review fast and promptly unlike how they ignored and treated me. Avoid them at all costs.

Edit: So after my review, as you can see this scam company responded immediately, they even got trust pilot to get my order number so they could correct their wrong doing. Even after all this, they again attempted to take another payment of £8.99 from my account. Luckily my bank stopped the transaction. So their scam is to set up a monthly, UNAUTHORISED, direct debut from customers that buy goods from them. If this doesn't prove they are nothing but a scam, I don't know what will.

Return goods to China


The smart watches (2) that arrived could not be paired. The charging method was awkward too because you had to remove the wrist strap to access the charging port which was difficult and very inconvenient to say the least.

I therefore initiated their money back guarantee and was disappointed to be told that they had no European returns address. They consequently provided me with an address in China advising me to return the watches there, at my own expense and provide a proof of postage for a refund.

The failure to provide a UK/EU returns address is in contravention of UK Consumer regulations.

This is a common scam practice. They know the postage cost will be prohibitive and make people give up - or if the goods are returned, they will simply say that they never arrived.

I therefore lodged a dispute with my credit card company who suspended the payment and started the investigation with a view to refunding me.

UPDATE:

You will see from their response below that they offer no comment or acknowledgement regarding Chinese return addresses and their refusal to accept UK distance selling regulations.

2nd Update

I raised a dispute through my Credit Card, which immediately suspended the payment and am pleased to report that after only 4 weeks, AMEX have now credited me back with a full refund. Result :)

Tip: Returning online purchases to China involves high costs and logistics; you must first check the seller's specific return policy, as many expect you to cover return shipping to China, but UK/EU law often requires them to refund you for faulty goods, meaning you should negotiate, use your payment provider (credit card chargeback) if they refuse, raise a dispute if you paid by debit/credit card or contact consumer protection, especially if the seller falsely claimed a UK base as these do, to get around local laws.

Poor product and exhorbitant return fee.

My mother bought some sand “lamps” from this site. The “lamps” had no lighting element so she asked to return them, only to have to spend £30(!!!) to return them to China, which was not at all obvious from the website. (The terms and conditions state that Flash Discount are a marketplace seller and some companies might be based abroad, but you cannot find out the specific information before purchasing)
I’d have fought harder, perhaps, but PLEASE be careful prior to purchase, as this site will avoid any responsibility as a seller and clearly does not check products from its third party sellers either.

False information about companies return and refund policy

Had response back from them telling me they would refund but that I would have to pay postage and that woyuld not be refunded. They do not have an address in Europe so item would have to be sent back to China. Priced the cost of retrununga faulty bluetooth watch and it would be £13.00 (in other words the price is prohibitive if I have to foot the bill) not what they say in their advert

A complete rip off.
