Thank you for the review.
Your order was packed and dispatched the day it was received, and sent via Fedex with free delivery.
As you are aware, Fedex have shown that the package was delivered to your property at 1:20 pm on the 25th September.
You have emailed us to say 'this ain't arrived'' and that 'Fedex agree it has been lost' and we must refund you due to 'such bad service'.
The problem is that the Fedex status still says they successfully delivered the package to you.
As soon as Fedex confirm the package is lost we will of course refund you your purchase.

Won't accept returns
I bought some earrings from here, when they came they were too small. I asked to return them and they wouldn't take them. I haven't even opened the packaging. just the box to look at them. Very annoyed seeing it s my first purchase with them what a waste of money. Now I'll have to go to a jewellers to try sell them to get probably a 3rd of my money back. Won't be ordering again.

Hi Benjamin, Not quite correct, we do accept returns BUT we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene concerns. It's a pretty commonplace policy in the jewellery business. The 'non-refundable' earrings policy is explained on the product page at the time of purchase. The £38 earrings you ordered are also clearly described with measurements and a model shot showing the size comparison. Apologies if you missed this.

Purchase of 9ct gold earrings
I bought some heart shapes in 9ct gold about 4 years ago from F Jewellery, and the whole thing was painless quick delivery and goods immaculate.
