The service was great. My series 4 Apple Watch screen was smashed. Apple don’t fix them any more apparently it’s a vintage🙄 I took it in and it was ready for me the next day, good as new. Ready for me earlier than expected too. Would have been a nice touch to give it back fully charged though, can’t get everything though I guess

They made contact and continued updating me via WhatsApp which was very straightforward. All the arrangements for sending my iPad to them for replacement of a faulty USB C port and battery were flawless. The turnaround was a week and so far the repair successful. Compared to buying a new iPad I have saved myself quite a bit. Apple would not repair it but would sell me a reconditioned unit of similar mache for twice what I spent. What's not to like?

I visted around 4-5 different repair shops who would try to help me get my ipad out of my case and I couldnt believe it when they actually did it! All without actually damaging the case or ipad! 10/10 service, really kind, and they also didnt charge me so im super grateful.

I can’t recommend fixmybrokenscreen.co.uk highly enough. I had severely damaged the screen of my MacBook Air with both water and LCD damage and needed it repaired urgently, as I work from home and rely on my laptop for my job.

When I called, the team were extremely helpful and advised that instead of posting my device, I could visit one of their locations for a same-day repair. I attended the Aldgate East branch, and the service was outstanding. As I had travelled an hour to get there, they kindly completed the screen replacement within 2 hours, even though the original estimate was 4.

My MacBook now looks and performs like new. The staff were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout, and the pricing was very competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use fixmybrokenscreen.co.uk again in the future.

What a fabulous service, I sent my granddaughter laptop away on Tuesday, and it was back with me by Saturday with a new screen as promised, such a fast turn around, it was collected from my property by Royal Mail, and returned via Royal Mail 4 days later in perfect working order, thank you so much. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

Great and quick service.

Do not trust this company and avoid at all costs. They kept my machine for 20 days and after chasing them several times I finally got the machine with the screen in a worse off way than when I gave it to them with extra lines. They allege that they put a screen on but when I complained and said to return my laptop after the frustration of being without it for all this time the screen being out back on has now caused further issues. Not a reputable company at all and I will now be using the money I would be using to fix it to buy another machine.

These guys are a very professional outfit with tracking systems, a person on the end of the phone and it was fast. The repair was perfect good as new my Apple Watch now usable for a 50 quid investment no codes or errors as good as Apple doing it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend will use again
