Very pleased with the whole service from placing my request to the item being denoted back to me.
Very reasonable pricing for an Apple product repair.
Very good clear instructions and was keep in formed all all times of the repair.

Whilst the repair was eventually successful, really a difficult experience here.

Promised a 2-3 day turnaround. Posted my MacBook on Wednesday, and by Saturday I'd had no update so I phoned in. Rather unhelpfully, got told the device had liquid damage, and I needed to approve the repair attempt. I asked what the fee would be if the repair was unsuccessful, but had to wait until Monday to speak to a manager to find out their processing fee.

Monday comes around, no call, so I phone in again. Find out the processing fee, approved the repair.

By the end of the week, I've phoned again (still no contact from them), they tried the repair but the part was defective. They had no more in stock, and had to wait until Thursday for a new part delivery (now over 2 weeks since I posted the device in).

By the following Friday, I phoned AGAIN (no contact, still), to find out the part was delayed until Friday, and they were fixing and posting it back to me on Monday.

Tuesday comes around, now 2 weeks and 6 days since I posted the device, and thankfully it arrived, working.

Saying that, the device was covered in adhesive residue, and took a good hour or so to clean it up.

Pretty appalling service for nearly £500. Granted it was £300 less than Apple quoted, but I would've happily paid that for the communication and time saved.

Screen broke two months after purchase and they're not honouring the warranty instead saying that it was my fault it broke. They offered to replace the screen again for a fee... this doesn't sound like they actually care about customer service but only about making money. Do not buy from them.

I recently had my iPad screen replaced and I’m very happy with the results. The screen looks brand new, touch responsiveness is perfect, and everything works exactly as it should. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the price was fair for the quality of work. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone needing an iPad screen replacement.

This place is amazing and the person I was served by, Riffy was excellent! The service was prompt, affordable and good quality. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find and took great care of my device. Definitely come here if you have any issues. All the other places I went to tried to charge me almost 4 times the price of what they charged here, I really appreciate them being so fair and transparent with their pricing. Could not recommend more. Even offered to tip and he turned it down.

In a sea of faceless and impersonal repair shops, this place is a beacon of hope. I couldn't speak more highly of these guys. I had a broken LCD on my macbook pro 16" and was being quoted upwards of £800 for a fix with days of turnaround time. They managed to do it for a fraction of the price in a matter of hours. The staff were so helpful along every step of the process and extremely friendly, happy to explain any question I had and talk me through the process. If your ting is mashup these are the people to go to no doubt about it. 11/10

This is my 2nd time using this company and I can not fault them. I took my cracked iPad screen in on Monday morning and it was fixed and sent back to me on Tuesday morning. Excellent company and very happy customer.

Awful experience. Sent my laptop back completely broken and won't turn on. Says it's something to do with the power board which they won't cover under warranty. Very coincidental considering it was all working fine when I sent it off, just a cracked screen. MacBook is 6 months old... Sent it back and they then decided they didn't like my response saying they need to fix it so they put the broken screen BACK on my laptop and sent it back to me. Terrible experience won't be doing business with them again, avoid at all costs. Scammy people trying to get more money.

Broken macbook 2019 screen - bought into shop after initial phone call. Price was great compared to others and was quoted for a new battery at the same time and got a very good price for both so happy. Screen collection had a slight issue with a pixelated line on screen this was taken care of when bought back in no costs and since then works perfectly. Even slight issue was well handled so you can trust these guys 100% to do an honest and good job as well. Easy as i work nearby to walk into shop.

Apple Watch came back today and looks great! Was really quick turnaround and kept updated throughout the process!
