I m not easy on giving reviews when it comes to repairs but I decided that I have to spare some words to say how good fast and easy and how much money I saved compared to an apple store repair. The screen is new and beautiful my Macbook Pro M3 Max is like new.

I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before using this company.

My experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward screen repair turned into a month-long ordeal with constant delays, unclear communication, and inconsistent information.

Initially, I was told the repair would be completed quickly. This then changed to a much longer wait due to lack of stock, which was not communicated upfront. After requesting a refund and return of my device, it was sent back in a worse condition than when I originally provided it, leaving it unusable.

Following further back-and-forth, I was effectively forced to return the laptop again just to get it into a usable state. While the screen has now been replaced, the device has come back with additional physical damage to the chassis, including visible scuffing and signs of impact that were not present before.

Throughout this process:

* Communication was inconsistent and often reactive rather than proactive
* Timelines were repeatedly missed or changed
* I had to chase for updates and resolution
* The handling of the device raised serious concerns

This has cost me significant time, disruption to my work, and unnecessary stress.

In the end, the only way to get a working device was to continue engaging with them after multiple failures, which should not be the case for a paid repair service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Repaired the screen on my Apple Watch Series 4, when Apple dismissed me due to the age of my device. It was a really easy booking service; all done online. Royal Mail collected and returned my parcel. Great communication throughout via email and text. I would definitely use this service again!

I was slightly reluctant to send my Apple Watch to a company I’d found on the internet, however I had good communication and a new battery was fitted. I’ve worn the watch now and am really pleased with the battery replacement. Apple weren’t interested in replacing the batter they suggested I buy a new watch!

Unfortunately my Apple watch is beyond repairs but Riffy was still really helpful and explained the reasons and what he'd recommend. I appreciate it.

I was kept updated throughout. I booked for a screen replacement for the wrong gen iPad and it was really easy to get sorted. 6 days from dispatch to receiving it back fixed

The team explained exactly what they would do and what effect it would have. They were scrupulous in explaining things and made sure they fully explained what would happen.

They delivered exactly what they said they would and even provided a statement about the state of my device when they examined it to assist us in recovering the cost of repairs since the device was faulty before we bought it.

I have no hesitation in recommending them for any repairs. They were also significantly cheaper than anywhere else we looked. Less than half the price of the manufacturer for the same task and very quick and efficient.

I Sent my iwatch for a new screen as dropped it. After inspection he said it had water damage and unrepairable. It is over 5 years old so believable it may of sustained a little but it was working correctly before I dropped it.
Unfortunately that is where the good service ended. They said if I wanted it to be returned it was a £15 diagnostic fee and £15 to return even though the website clearly states no fix no fee and free return. They tried to offer a replacement with a slightly newer model they had in store that they have probably repaired but the trust had gone and I had to ask PayPal to step in to get my full refund.

What a great experience. I post he broken item on the Monday for the next day delivery and it was back all fixed on the Friday ready for the weekend. The item is working perfectly and the screen has no issues whatsoever. I would defiantly use this company and it was more that half price than an apple repair. Thanks for great service.
