Fix Auto were given my car through my insurance after an accident, the car was in the garage for a little longer than expected HOWEVER, they did an amazing job especially as my car was a 2026 plate it looks brand new again. Thank you Fix Auto so much for doing such an amazing job on my car, the customer service was spot on. I am beyond pleased with their work. 💜

Awful. Still have our car! Text x2 to be told third party insurance had authorised repairs. They hadn't but they started part of the repairs. In the process of sorting it ourselves! Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible company and aweful service
Only used them because my car damage was an insurance claim
I would advise anyone not to use them at all

Just had my car fixed at Fixauto Daventry, although my repair took longer than expected, I was updated regularly and So happy with my repairs, would reccomend them

Honestly for my first ever experience with any garage I will certainly not forget this one … when I say the team here are probably one of the best I mean it from handling a complaint to the best standard but also with their receptionist Shelly who has gone above and beyond for me the whole time my car was with them to even before and after and Ross the driver who came and dropped my car off to me aswell honestly I couldn’t be more impressed with how lovely all the team are but especially Ross and Shelly and even tho they can’t fit me a reverse cameras they recommend me to someone who can aswell

Just been referred to Fix Auto, Daventry by my insurance company for damage to my car. An appointment was made straight away. Took my car three days later (weekend in between) and was given a courtesy car.
From beginning to end it was a very smooth service, and completely kept informed along the way. Must say the two chaps who took and delivered my car were great and very helpful, as were the two ladies on reception who were a joy to deal with!

Recently had to have car repaired due to crash .Dealt with insurance company and they directed us to Fix auto. Brilliant quick and so helpful. The employees Shelly, Ian and Debbie were so competent and efficient .Wonderful service.

Had a great experience with Fix Auto Daventry,
Had my Peugeot 5008 in for a repair it is à mobility car for my son and I collected it today and what a great job was done on the side of the car which was damaged when someone caught front and rear doors. The two chaps that collected the car were first class as were the ladies in reception as well as the repair and even the valeter. Exceptional service and we are very grateful to have our car back as we are going away Friday and out car from enterprise was great but not quite big enough. Thank you all at Fix Auto from the Jones Family in Coventry 👏👏👏👍

Awful experience. A simple repair. Car came back on three occasions with additional damage. They offered a repair as a gesture of goodwill. No chance. Shameful.

Took almost a month to repair my car had the same excuse for three weeks parts are coming in today or tomorrow so left it a couple of days and same reason why it’s not been done worst repair shop I’ve ever use would recommend them

One to avoid.

Probably the worst garage repair I’ve ever had. After having an accident my car was unfortunately sent here. I went to pick up the car after it was allegedly’ repaired. Upon my first inspection the gap around the front light was big enough to put my finger around. This was again taken in to be repaired. (Again not the best repair). Upon leaving the garage various warning lights came on. The first being the windscreen washer bottle was empty. They hadn’t even filled that up after draining it. (Or used it all on the 15mile test drive). Next was adaptive light warning light, then tyre pressure gauge. Upon driving the vehicle it pulled to the left. This was so bad I was having to correct the path the car was taking every 100m. Yes, that bad.The following day I woke and discovered the rear tyre flat.
The following day I went back and was told the following.
They would repair the lights
The puncture in the rear tyre was my problem. (Despite the light coming in within 200m, but it wasn’t their 15 mile test drive).
The reason the car pulls to the left was the fact the garage put a new tyre on the front nearside. The manager told me he spoke to his head mechanic and he confirmed it. He told me to stop this from happening I would have to pay for a new tyre. I was now paying for my own repairs.
So I go to a local garage who inform me that as my car is an Audi Quattro I need to replace all the tyres and that is an Audi recommendation. This has been confirmed. They also said that really the garage should have done this upon the repairs. Anyway, according to the ‘head mechanic’ and manager of fix auto this would fix the car from pulling left. So the tyres are done and I pull away. Within 100 m I’m correcting the cars pull to the kerb once more.
So, fix auto, are terrible.

Excellent job on the insurance repair itself. Communication and trying to get a price for additional private work was hopeless despite a request submission completed with photos through the correct route. Frustrating that I never got prices, despite lots of chasing and was finally told it would have been thousands, keeping in mind it was only additional to the materials already brought in for the insurance work. This was proven when I saw the price of the final work completed which was reasonable. I think I was just palmed off which left me feeling a little angry. In hindsight I should have stopped the insurance work until I had all the prices. Not a great service at all.

Great communication from the outset from the office.

All staff that I had contact with did as they promised and the repair was great.

Very personable drivers that dropped off and collected the car.
