This was an excellent service, where all of the staff involved were friendly and informative. I am very pleased with the results.

I'm going to be brutally honest with this because it effected me quite a lot.
When my car went in for repairs, it was only for minor scratches. Scuffs at best. It took them 5 weeks to debate with my insurance agency about unreported damage and when I finally complained about it, it took them another two weeks to find 'parts'.
7 weeks to repair minor scratches to me even with the excuse of getting things from other countries is appalling. Not only that, but on return it seemed okay at first but upon closer inspection, they had not even repaired it. Even to there being bumps on the bonnet that I am sure were not there before.
I found that no matter what I did was blame shifting from insurance back to them and visa versa and if I can help it, I won't be using this service again.

Auto Fix, staff were polite and helpful from the moment I called them, on collecting my car Jackie was great and very helpful. On returning my car they called and returned it when convenient it had been valeted as well. Well done Auto Fix Daventry !

I had to wait a while for the parts (a problem the insurers warn you about as you make the claim these days). Once they arrived the car was booked in and they did a very good job. The car looks brand new. Particular thanks to Jake for sorting out issues "above and beyond" with an additional scratch. One grumble was that there was no available courtesy car so I was lumbered with a van that was wholly unsuitable for my disabled wife, wheelchair etc.

We used Fix Auto because it was a partner of our insurance after we ruined the front of our Nissan Qashqai. The communication was excellent, the job as well. They collected the car from Rugby a brought it back after it was done. Also arranged for MOT, which expired in the meantime. They found us a complimentary car from a rental nearest to our home too. Fully recommend.

Nice to have my car back. I felt bad it was not taken in to workshop as soon as I was referred to your workshop. Also was not happy not given a courtesy car.Happy about the repairs done.Thank you Debbie .

The communication was fairly good, always nice and polite and friendly, returning phone calls was not great, but they’re understandable busy, but it is difficult to organise things when we all work and they don’t return calls as promised. They organised a great courtesy car, taking on board my request for an automatic, much appreciated. The work completed was good and the car was clean on return, my only concern was the warning light on the dashboard concerning the work completed, to Fix Auto credit they took the car straight back when they were informed and fixed the problem the same day, good service, professional and courteous

I have given my car to repair scratch on rear bumper. It took 2 weeks to complete and return my car. Whenever I call they the answer is they are waiting for approval from insurance company. I’m not sure why they take the vehicle from the customer when there is no approval from insurer.

I think they work differently if we approach directly if the repair is not from insurance company. When it comes to work the scratch is not noticeable now.. after work cleaning is not up to the mark..

I received my car back Friday after it had been sent back for scratches on the passenger rear checked it over they had gone through the lacquer so need to have it painted also had gone through the paint on the bumper also the car was delivered with a rear tyre on 10psi so tyre is now in a poor condition so i have had to replace it

They did a very nice job on my car and brought it back when I needed it but it took them 2 months to do the job

Fantastic service and excellent repair. Would have been 5 stars but they didn't price to repair a small dent unrelated to the accident, which I requested.
