Do not order from this company I have been waiting for my scale since October 2021 up to January 2022 no scale still. So I demanded a refund and now I am going through the same thing trying to get my refund. They are emailing me back saying “I am on it” no worries I am following up with are finance team and then are back end team. This is just a joke I wish I new how to get them shut down they are still selling online and taking peoples money.

Do not buy from this company!!!!
I ordered scales I’m august 21, they broke about a month later. The little metal things on top to read your measurements broke off so I wasn’t able to use it. I was told I would get a replacement, nothing came I chased it up and I was told by the end of Dec, nothing came then they told me the end of Jan 22, yet again nothing has come. No one is responding to messages and the only way you can contact them is via Facebook messenger! It’s a total SCAM

This is a complete scam, do not buy from this company. I ordered the scales and was told they would arrive in 3 weeks, already I was annoyed by that. Three weeks comes then I’m told it will be another month. So I decided to cancel my order and I request a refund. I was told the refund should take 7-10 days to arrive. This was November 12 and it’s now the end of January and still no refund! I have contacted the trading standards. I personally feel Facebook should not allow them to advertise on their website as it’s a complete scam!

I place an order way back in September and was given a delivery date of December. December can and gone. I contacted them and then was given a delivery date of February. I canceled the order December 17th and after contacting them on more than one occasion I have not received my refund. This place is a scam.

Like everyone else here, made the mistake of ordering from here last September. It's January, still no scales.

Every time I contacted customer service I got a new ridiculous shipping date. They were 'victims of their own success'. After the first month, it would definitely be shipped within the next 2 weeks. At the end of that, first week of December for sure, Then it was by the end of January. This is unquestionably a scam.

I finally opened a dispute with my bank in November after I got a bombardment of emails about their Black Friday sales. If they don't have stock for the orders they got 2 months earlier, they shouldn't be pushing for more.

I ordered a Fittrack in September 2021. It's January 2022 and I still don't have my scale. I've reached out to customer service 4 times and have requested a full refund. All they do is continue to give me "new" shipping dates. I reported this to Afterpay and will continue to pursue my refund while filing a report with the BBB. They suck.

I ordered 2 scales in July and every time ive asked they tell me its coming snd give me a new ship date. I cannot talk to a person very very poor customer service and just plain thieves

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. If you have, report them to your bank. They need to be caught and shut down.

I wish Ive read these reviews before the purchase. Bought it last year. Awaited for 3 months to arrive. Worked for 1 year without any problems but stopped working in July. I've purchased Life time warranty. Have sent them lots of emails with video that it's broken. After one month they authorised replacement. Waited for replacement 3 months. Gave up. Asked for money back as I have Warranty. Been told that it needs to approved by their office. Chased them 3 times. No answers.

I ordered my scale because I fell for the ad on Instagram. It arrived and it technically works but it's just an over priced scale. It doesnt do anything it claimed to. The only app you can connect it to is google fit, an app no one uses. The food logging function is ridiculous. I searched for table cream and it brought up ridiculous results like ice cream and a bunch of other junk food. I tried to use the barcode scanner but you need to get a subscription to unlock that. I'm not going there. The pregnancy mode only measures your weight, all other functions are disabled for your "safety" even though the website advertises it to pregnant women to track their health.

I contacted customer service and got a response from a strange email address telling me to click a link and install the newest version. The email was riddled with grammatical errors, a huge red flag. I didnt click anything.

I'm going to take this as a lesson and be thankful that at least I received something. I deleted the useless app and I'm using it as a regular scale that isnt fancy at all.

The reviews on their site are from bots. I feel like a fool for not looking at the site closer when I ordered but I smoked a joint and wasnt thinking clearly. What can I say? I got bamboozled.

I am an actual purchaser and I too have never received my scale. I have reached out several times to customer service with no response. I too will be contacting the credit card company and asking for my money back. The item has never shown as being shipped, so there is no tracking number for me to follow up on. I feel my only recourse is just asking for my money back.

DON'T ORDER YOU WON'T RECEIVE IT AND NEVER GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER JUST LIES ABOUT DELAYS.
I AM GOING TO REPORT TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW!
I hope I saved somebody and I ordered 2 what a suckered I am.

Amazing product, really confused with all these bad reviews... Seems like the competition tried to damage the reputation, my FitTrack experience was amazing!

First of all there’s NO operating manual that comes with the product! I have no idea how good the watch is but their Customer Service is PATHETIC! You can’t “speak” to a rep. You communicate through emails. If you can’t figure out how to set your watch up then you can get emails with instructions. We exchanged emails for a couple months and NOT one issue was resolved! Trying to sync the watch with the scales changed the scales from Lbs back to kg & I have no idea how to change it back. The watch is set for Lbs so the sync should not have changed the scales! Customer service was supposed to call me to resolve our issues we had with our watch. The rep said he cldn’t get the call to go through. Well if he couldn’t complete a phone call I doubt he could help me with the watch! I would NOT recommend either of these products until they get a real customer service department where you can speak to a representative. Any product is only as good as it’s Customer Service!

Has anyone managed to get a refund? I’m on my 3rd set and none of them have ever worked. Don’t waste your money!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Touted on Instagram and Facebook as the newest new gadget when it’s really snake oil. They take your money- then never send your product. You’ll spend weeks getting the runaround with them flat out telling you “it’s been shipped” with a fake tracking number that never updates and that you have to refuse the product they never sent in order to get your refund. This company is a total and complete scam and the only positive thing I can think about is that eventually they will upset and steal from the wrong person that will have the power to crumble this “business”. Do not give these thieves your money. Oh and the cherry on top is the deletion of complaints from upset customers on all their social media- because if the next unsuspecting victim doesn’t know their shoddy tactics then that’s the next victim to steal money from :)

Been trying for 5 days emails and fb messaging no reply. Today I tried FitTrack on Instagram and got instant reply. Got apology as should had a reply. Sent email to send video of putting new batteries in scales and standing on them to show they don’t work.
Then should get new set 🤞😀

They charge your credit card for a stock item and then say they have shipping issues after I reached out to them.I requested my order be cancelled and my card credited. They did but it took over a week. Don't fall for that"we are processing your order" email as they are not. It should be called "We are sitting on your order but already charged your credit card"email. Credit cards should only be charged at shipping time, not order receiving time. UPDATE: My credit card was credited after 10 days of them not shipping anything. Updated from 1 star to 2 stars.

I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order!

I placed an order on their website 2 weeks ago and was swayed by what appears to be 'cherry-picked' 4/5 star reviews on their website.

I actually only wanted the scale but was impressed by their 'smart watch' and got suckered into their 'special' package which included a scale and smart watch for £143.

After placing the order, I got an email saying that my order (comprising of both items) would be delivered within 5 days. On the day of delivery, I only received the smart watch. On contacting the company's customer support department, I've been given various responses over the last 10 days including 'be patient, the scale will arrive soon', 'I can see that the order has been shipped in 2 separate consignments' to 'if I'm honest, I don't know when you'll receive your order BUT I'll let you know as soon as we know'.

This should not be allowed to happen!

Looks like I've paid £143 for at best, a mediocre smart watch that pales in comparison to a branded smartwatch that I already own and that has a significantly broader range of functions.

I'll pursue a refund from the company, and if that fails, will check if the purchase is covered in any way by my credit card company.

I hope this review will prevent others from ending up in a similar situation.

Awful company. My scale gives different readings minutes apart. I’ve been trying to return it but they take a week to reply and every reply ignores my question on how to return. I’ve been scammed out of $100.
