VERY DISSATISFIED!!
VERY DISSATISFIED!!! STILL WAITING ON MY PACKAGE OVER 2 MONTHS LATER. I CONTINUE TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH NO HELP. MY PACKAGE IS JUST SITTING AND HAS NOT EVEN BEEN GIVEN TO USPS TO BE SHIPPED. AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS. THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY PACKAGE. I GUESS IT IS TIME TO CONTACT THE FTC AND MY LAWYER. I PAID FOR A PRODUCT AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT WITH NO HELP OR REFUND AND THAT IS ILLEGAL, ITS CALLED CONSUMER FRAUD.

Received OK even if it took a little while
Received my scales after a longer than usual wait (6 weeks) but covid-19 has turned everyone upside down. The product looks good quality and had no issues pairing with my phone and the results from my weight and body reading look detailed and interesting. Look forward to tracking my changes as i try to improve my health

I don't want to provide one star. Horrible experience. Ordered over 5 weeks ago, nothing's arrived. Feeling scammed to be honest. Website looked legitimate, payment has been taken but no confirmation e-mail received. I got a very basic e-mail from some guy called Stephen saying that there was going to be a delay of over 30 days to get my scales. That information should be online for me to read BEFORE I purchase the scales. I can't believe this is still a thing AND that facebook, instagram and other platforms are advertising it!! They should all be ashamed of themselves for joining in and scamming people and should be held somewhat accountable for the £60 loss I now have. Utterly shocking. They have ignored many e-mails from me and online forms. They don't get back to you like they promise to. I have been e-mailing each day and will continue to do so until I get an answer. I have contacted my bank as I placed my order on a credit card so it means I will probably get my money back but a lot of other people may not. Would trust. Don't bother. Use a different scale.

I tracked down the guy behind this…
I tracked down the guy behind this scam. I googled his name, found his Instagram and Twitter. I DM’d him and tweeted him today. His Instagram page was packed with photos of him in exotic locations all around the world and he has just deleted everything within the last hour. His last post was Mexico March 18. Just before we all placed orders for scales that are never going to arrive..

Really bad AVOID , will take ages to come, then no way of returning!
Really bad, took 3 weeks to arrive, so were no longer needed , no way to return, no addrss on website, no reply to my emails, paypal couldnt help becuse they delvered, Company in Germany. ONE TO AVOID
