My wife has just found out that she has kidney problems, other close relatives have kidney problems also. That is way I am giving them the extra bottles and sending your information with them. Again I have been waiting for…
Again I have been waiting for instruction’s on returning my products. I keep getting replies from Trustpilot but nothing that relate s to a return process. Very bad customer service. Won’t be ordering from them. I am finding this process very disturbing. I want to return my products and I want instruction’s straight away. I haven’t got time for this ridiculous process. As I stated in my first review . They were very fast to take my money. They said not 3 mins after I placed my order, that it was already packed! That I should return once received. Please send me a return process.

Une arnaque
Une arnaque. Commandé depuis plus de un mois, avec deux mails de réclamation jamais de réponse ? Après cette publication j'ai reçu plusieurs mail, pour me dire qu'il suivais le colis, et de leur redonner mon nom mon adresse. Et je me suis aperçu qu'il envoyé le colis au Sénégal ??? Je leur ai signalé que mon adresse étais en France. Ils m'ont dit que dans ses conditions pour me rembourser il leur fallait pleins de papiers. Ils se trompe d'adresse, et ne peuvent pas en envoyer un autre à la bonne adresse ? Pour l'encaissement il n'y a pas eu de problème. Bizarre
