I used First Student Charter for my wedding and it was a relief to know my guests had safe and reliable transportation to/from the venue. The driver is great, the dispatch is great. Cant say that about the contract folks they where hard to reach and long to follow up. You all need to refine your sales process. Operationally 100%

Our driver came dressed for the role and adjusted as needed for us. It made our wedding shuttle experience wonderful and we were able to relax and enjoy our day.

We used First Charter for wedding guest transportation. While we didn't ride the bus ourselves, our guests were very pleased. They reported friendly drivers who were interactive and fun, but still professional. They were incredibly prompt and had no issues finding the venue or hotels.

The bus schedule that was printed out was not exactly how it was. A few people were calling us looking to see what happened to the buses, so that was a little stressful. But they did show up and it worked out.
