This is our second year using First…
This is our second year using First Charter and the first experience was great. Al was our driver and he showed up in a timely manner and had great directions to each place we had on our itinerary. This year was a little different...we were supposed to depart our house at 4pm. The driver didn’t show until 4:03. She needed directions to each place on our itinerary which meant my husband had to use his phone and app to give her directions while sitting in the seat behind her the entire night. It was disappointing.
