There was no pick up.
The bus driver went to the drop off location first instead of the pick-up location. It was a good thing I called because he was still almost an hour away at the time we were supposed to leave and luckily we had school vans we were able to take instead. The on-call person was very helpful and understanding and we were able to get a quick refund.
