Everything went according to plan! It was so much fun!

I would like to say thank you to the driver. He was so patient and calm even though we were noisy on the bus. You seems like an experienced driver and he drove so smoothly on the road and he got us to where we wanted to go.

The buses were early, they were safe and the drivers were very pleasant. The company was so helpful and great with me planning our grad night trip so last minute. I invited the drivers in for food and water, and they were very appreciative. I would use this company again!!! Thank you for helping us have a successful 2021 senior grad night! Could not have done this without transportation!

This was our school's first charter with First Student.

Booking was very easy, though the initial plans for multiple trips were complicated. Everyone in that customer service center was helpful, especially Luke and then later the lead dispatcher Jenean. The price was fair, and the polices on cancellation, etc. were clear and well-explained.

The driver Alexandra was right on time and both friendly and professional. The bus was in great shape. The trip involved a ferry and an excursion up into the Cascades. The group returned exactly on time.

Excellent first experience over all yesterday. We have another group out today with a different driver named Mike, and it's off to an equally good start. Based on what we've seen, our school would be very likely to contact First Student and its Tacoma depot for future charters.

I had reserved a bus for 30 preschoolers to arrive at 9:00 & take us to a field trip that was scheduled at 10:00 (plenty of time).
I called at 8:50 to confirm that it was coming & was told it had left the facility at 8:15 & should be there soon.
I was called at 9:10 to say that the driver had never showed & the bus would be arriving late. The bus arrived around 9:45. Luckily the field trip appointment was able to still accommodate us even though we were an hour late.

Our diver, Joe, was super! He kept us informed, was timely, professional and very customer service oriented. He was exactly where he said he would be and beautifully navigated Seattle downtown traffic. A great experience!

The driver was on time and showed concern for our safety by instructing the children on how to use the railing. Our group included 37 preschoolers who are unfamiliar with busses, so Mr. Walker's guidance was appreciated.

Buses out to the Issaquah location went great - But the Arboretum location had some issues on the return trip. My POC for the trip said that the driver seemed to be pretty stressed out about their supervisor, but it trickled down onto the folks on the bus and that tension spread quickly among the participants. Normally, I'd be more forgiving of that, but this was our annual Volunteer Trip as a company, so given the spirit of the day, that low note hit harder than normal.

The bus driver was very patient with our large enthusiastic group, but he struggled with the directions and took some less-than-direct routes to and from our destination.
