Everything went perfect! We used this shuttle for our wedding. They were accommodating to all of our locations, picking up the wedding party, going downtown for pictures, taking the wedding party to the venue, and picking up/dropping off guests at the hotel. The school bus was just so much fun! Our driver Sandra was professional, extremely nice, and made the experience very fun. Pricing was very fair and I’m very happy they were able to accommodate all our needs for the day! Would highly recommend!

Adrian was amazing! She was on time, very patient and when the pick up location was changed due to barriers she made it very easy for us so we didn’t have to go looking for her in a city we didn’t know.

Scheduling the busses was easy. The busses were early for pick up. All for bus drivers were extremely friendly. Our 160 6th grades and teachers had a amazing trip and the bus company had a huge role in contributing to our overall field trip experience. Thank you!

Our bus was 15 minutes late for pick up with no communication ahead of time.

Everything was organized and professional. It was probably one of the best experiences I had organized a team event. I wrote in and asked for availability and a quote. Brad got back to me extremely quickly, captured my request and got me a quote. Any questions I had, he was quick to respond.
Our driver Adrienne was prompt, friendly, and an extremely safe driver. She took us to our destination and gave me her phone number so I could text her if any of the arrangements changed or the pick up location changed (it was at little Caesars Arena) so we weren't sure if they would make her move.
There was nothing I would change about this experience. I am absolutely thrilled.

Amazing experience! We booked a bus for our wedding. The customer service was outstanding in booking the shuttle and also when I needed to call and make a change. Our bus driver was on time, friendly, and an excellent driver. We could also not beat the price. Will highly recommend first charter to everyone

Had the bus ever shown up or had someone at the Southfield location had any clue what was going on it might have made this a much better experience. The reservation was made months in advance and I confirmed 3 days prior to the date of our event. The staff I spoke with were all very friendly and professional and assured me that everything was in place. The bus was to arrive at 4:30pm and at 4:45 still no bus. We called the number we were given for day of service and they had no clue what we were talking about. Even after giving them our trip number they were unable to find any information about our trip. At 5:10 we received a call back letting us know that they had someone to pick us up but they had to drive to the bus garage to get the bus before heading our way. Our game started at 6:10 and they would not be to our location until 5:45-6pm to pick us up and then it would be another 30-45 minute drive to Comerica Park which would mean we missed half the game. Mind you the credit card had already been charged the full amount. Needless to say we opted to just carpool. I had to wait until Monday to contact the main office and when I explained what had happened the very nice woman did not understand where the communication breakdown took place considering the Southfield location had accepted the job. They gave us a full refund and told me they would look into what happened.

First Charter has been able to accommodate all of our athletic charters for our high school, they respond to calls and emails in a timely fashion, and buses arrive promptly each day they are assigned. Greatly appreciate the business.

We booked the bus for our wedding party as the price was great. The drive itself was good, but there was a lot of trouble with the schedule. We had specifically given them a schedule where the drive was supposed to drop off the groomsmen at the church then go back and pick up the bride/bridesmaids t the hotel and take them to the church. This way the bride/bridesmaids would have about 30-45 minutes to relax/prepare before the ceremony. The bus driver forgot that he was supposed to pick up the bridesmaids and needed to be told to go back to the hotel. The bridal party and bride were dropped off only 10 minutes before the ceremony and caused a lot of stress.

Reservation service agents are very helpful! And our guests gave the bus drivers thumbs up!

This was the first time we used your services. We were very pleased. The only thing, we requested seat belts for the smaller children, but did not get them. Otherwise, thank you very much.

Our trip went well and the buses arrived on time, both at the start of the day as well as for the return portion of the trip. I was nervous after a less than quality experience in the past with First Student, but this trip went very well as the drivers actually knew how to get to Lansing, MI. (Note: It would have been more reassuring if the driver didn't drive with the printed directions in his hand/resting on the center of the steering wheel the entire trip...literally. I actually asked if he would like me to pull up the directions on my phone and guide him so he would no longer need to try and read small print (while driving a bus full of children!) I appreciate needing directions- but perhaps print just the key information in large, bold print. Better yet, have GPS/map service on a phone to use. Again, overall the trip went well. We did reach our destination safely. Thank you!
