The staff at First Student are all very friendly and prompt at what they do. I generally work directly with Larissa and make bus requests fairly often--every interaction has been pleasant and easy. The bus driver was polite and punctual. He was very patient and drove safe. He gave us updates on what was needed and where we were. I was very satisfied with his customer service. Thank you for everything.

School Bus Transportation is the BEST!
I highly recommend First Student. We chartered a school bus for our Classic Yacht Association group. The bus took us to tour the historic University of Washington Shellhouse where the 1936 “Boys in the Boat” team trained. The driver was prompt, polite and handled the bus really well. As a group who loves history, riding a school bus was just great for us!

I ordered two buses for this trip the Seattle bus went off without a hitch. The Burien bus was 30 minutes late. The driver was lost, our staff had to run around to find the bus. We had to adjust our event due to this.

Best price around
Best price around, but customer service was just ok. Bus showed up 30 minutes late-- they had driven to the wrong place, after waiting 15 minutes I called to see where they were and discovered they were about 10 minutes away. Confused about why I wasn't contacted when they waited for 15 minutes with no sign of life. Also confused how they ended up in the wrong spot, I thought it was very clear where we'd requested to be picked up. Had to cancel one of the busses and was refunded, so that was a positive experience.
