4th Grade Crystal Cove Field Trip
The process is quite grooling since once the customer confirms there is a waiting period before confirmation. Also, the cost was exorbitant. I understand last minute requests are hard but to charge over double the cost of a bus is exorbitant. These field trips are for the children so we do not deny anyone to attend and we do not want to deny students these field trip experiences

We've used First Charter in the past and always have a positive experience. The price can't be beat and the drivers are friendly and helpful!

The busses were an hour late to pick us…
The busses were an hour late to pick us up. The bus drivers needed students to navigate them to the venue, and were not professional. Most of the busses were also almost an hour late to pick up some groups from the venue. Some of the bus drivers turned a 20 minute drive into an hour drive (without traffic.) Other drivers drove very unsafely, and the passengers were very uncomfortable.

Had a great time
It was great. The kids loved it!!! I think the little ones loved more the bus ride than the aquarium. We had 4 year child first time on a school, he didn't want get off and he started to cry. Thank you for the great service and transportation.
