Bus driver was late by almost an hour, didn't call, no communication. Thankfully, we had someone on our team that was able to call a supervisor from the school district that was able to help. When the bus driver finally arrived, he didn't apologize, just snapped at our students that we're going and said something about the paperwork not being clear. Overall, very unprofessional and incredibly frustrating.
Our bus driver Mitch was the best! Arrived on time, greeted all of our members with a smile and was sure to go over all of the safety protocols in a fun way. We made it to our destination on time and safely.
Thank you, Mitch for your service! It is drivers like Mitch who make our communities run. They deserve adequate healthcare and retirement benefits.
