HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. Bus did not show up on time....tried to call the 800 customer service number and NO ONE answered!?! I was on hold for 45 minutes while all the wedding guest waited outside in rain. FINALLY got a hold of the bus driver. He thought to pick up was at 4:00 p.m. it was at 1:30 p.m!!!!!????? How does this happen??? I have a copy of the confirmation. I still have not talked to anybody in customer service as no one has called me back..as I was forced to leave a message. I will be getting my money back. My daughter's wedding was pushed back an hour and 15 minutes all because of this. Unacceptable.

Wedding buses
The buses were a great option for our wedding. They were prompt and on time and did a wonderful job transporting the wedding too and from the venue.

Great Service!
The company that set us up with our bus driver as well as our driver were both professional and timely. All of our guests said that they had a great experience! I would absolutely use this company for another event.

We chartered a bus for our wedding and I am so glad we did. They were able to shuttle our guests to and from the hotel to our venue. Our driver was amazing!

Christy was amazing
Christy was amazing! She called the morning of to confirm, which was very comforting. We were supposed to have a hayride to and from our ceremony site (separate from First Charter Bus Rental) and the venue's hayride popped a tire on the first ride! Christy and her the other driver (not sure of her name) jumped in and shuttled people back from the ceremony site so people weren't waiting.
