The whole experience was seemless. The scheduler went over and above to get what we needed and was even able to help get us a discount. The bus drivers were awesome and we loved every second of it.
First Student provided a solid experience for our two day event. The bus was timely and the driver was very courteous to our shuttle guests.

We used the bus to shuttle our wedding party around on our wedding day. We were very happy with the service and the driver. I would definitely use the service again.

Making our Special Day that much easier.
From the time I inquired all the way to the transportation, First Charter was so friendly and easy to work with. We needed to adjust our plans numerous times because of the Pandemic and First Charter had zero issues with the changes. They also replied back to us so quickly after inquiring and that played a huge factor into choosing them. Thank you so much for all your help!

The driver was 40 minutes late BUT
The driver was 40 minutes late and didn’t know how to fasten the wheelchairs in the bus she had her child on the bus with our disabled adults which made us have to drive a vehicle for the remaining 2 participants to attend the hockey game. With this said your company accepted this charter the day before the outing was scheduled and helped us so 24 disabled people could attend the admirals hockey game and we’re very grateful for that. Overall if it wasn’t for your company we would have had to cancel the trip and disappoint a lot of people so thank you.
