Drivers were friendly & everything ran on time! We requested air conditioning for our buses for an August wedding and they were able to accommodate that for us no problem.
Drivers were excellent and so nice! Arranging transportation was easy and everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Worth the cost!
The majority of the experience was very professional and stress free. The email communication was very timely with prompt responses. I will say my only complaint would be on your phone center availability and responsiveness. Both times I called the 1-800 number, it was painfully lengthy to get someone and when I gave up and left my call back number (a valid option), no one called me back.
As for the driver, she was on time and very prompt. She was a joy to deal with and very flexible on the return trips. I would use your company again.

We used two buses to transport our guests to our daughter's wedding venue from the hotel. They were great! The buses were on time, and the drivers were so accommodating. Donna #1 and Donna #2 were so nice to everyone! I highly recommend using First Charter Bus Rental. Thank you so much for making such a fun night safe for everyone!
