The bus was early! That was a nice surprise. He was very accomodating but unsure of directions and took the long way, but all ended up fine. Great night out.

The bus drivers for one of the buses did not know where the venue was, and we had to help direct him to get there (having to make 3 u turns in the process). The phone numbers provided in the quote did not work/ go through, so we were unable to contact the drivers to ask where they were when the event was ending, making for a very stressful 5 minutes. The drivers got there on time and were very nice, but the company can improve by providing every driver with the necessary information and providing a number to reach at least one driver during the duration of the event in case they need to be reached.

This company was extremely nice and understanding, They did a great job of taking care of all on board and following directions. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

We rented 3 First Charter school buses for our daughters wedding and the busses came right on time and we were pleased with their service. We paid a little extra and got the buses that had air condition which I’m sure our guests appreciated. I was very happy with the friendly and easy procedure to rent the buses from First Charter ….I highly recommend them!

I called the company the day before our trip to Killen's Pond because our vans were having issues and we did not want to disappoint our girls! First Charter was able to accommodate our request and our driver Wirleny Aquino- Campusano was the best!!!

After two poor experiences with a different bus company, First Charter did a fantastic job, had great communication and helped our race event to be a success! We didn't even have to think about our shuttle bus service during our event. Friendly and professional drivers and great customer support.
