Terrible, Will Never Use First Charter Again
We had a terrible experience with First Charter Bus. They did not show up at the scheduled 2:30 time, they sent a bus finally at 4:30. The bus then broke down 20 minutes later. They sent another bus to pick the people up, but many athletes had already missed their events. The next day, the driver was late. A colossal pain, terrible customer service.
