120 people had to wait for another 1hr…
120 people had to wait for another 1hr 30mins for the second bus to come. I called the company when the second bus didn't show on time, and I was told by the management that the bus driver never showed up for work. If that's the case, they should've checked the ticket and let us know ahead of time or arrange a different driver to fulfill the contract. I have addressed the issue to the management and waiting for their response.

Our bus driver was amazing but late
Our bus driver was amazing and very accommodating however due to traffic she was very late which resulted in me being charged by various other vendors (staff and live music) much more due to having to extend their time line since the late bus delayed my wedding by about 30 minutes. However the drive back was seamless and I was Told by so many that the driver was trying her best to get to the venue quickly and safely.
I know traffic can not be controlled but it was very upsetting having to delay my wedding due to many friends and family being delayed.

They did not know the route or they had…
They did not know the route or they had the address wrong. They should of reviewed it or and pre drive it. It was a mess. They also where late.
