Our driver was on time and very patient with us while waiting for our wedding party to get ready to go! The bus was clean and our driver made sure we were comfortable.
Would highly recommend first student if you need transportation for over 40 people!

Our experience was wonderful.
I first want to commend our driver Gary. He was so kind and anxious to please. He made the ride very efficient but totally safe. And was so thoughtful in picking us up close to our cars so we could easily load coolers and dropping us off.

Everyone I dealt with in making my reservation was very kind and professional. The cost of rental was so much more reasonable than other bus companies. I’m talking a $1,000.00 difference. There weren’t a lot of frills but we just wanted transportation from A to B, so considering the savings in cost, it was’t a concern. They did allow us to bring food and beverages on the bus

so we could snack and drink, so that was great.

The bus was not air conditioned but not a problem. The breeze from the windows kept us very comfortable. And it was 93 degrees that day.

Again, a great company to deal with👍

Amazing, Precise, On Time, and Professional

The driver was on time and friendly. We had confidence in his service.

First Student was flexible and helpful during the COVID pandemic.

I would like to give zero for the charter center where I request bus. NOT the dispatch center in Kirkwood. I have a connection/relationship with them and other than sometimes having to cancel a trip due to not having bus drivers they provide good service.

On the other hand, now that bus requests have moved to a new system. I do not have even have a contact person when I have a question.

Such a fun day & our driver was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Frank was a great drive. Respectful, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. He treated everyone with respect and made sure we all had a wonderful getting everyone from point A to B safely. Couldn't thank Frank enough. I have used this server 2 or 3 times in the past couple years and are truly the only place I will rent a bus from.

Bus was on time, on the phone folks helped the driver find us--they were calming and friendly. The driver was fabulous--safe, personable.

Bus Driver Lyndsey was great. Bus's battery died and she handled it well.

First Charter was great. Bus drivers were prompt and friendly and took care of us all night. Would highly recommend First Charter.

John was probably the worst "professional driver" I've ever experienced. He is a very nice guy - very friendly and helpful and a good attitude. His driving skills were horrible. Regularly doing 35 on the Interstate (!) and hitting the brakes constantly if the road even turned slightly (interstate highways are curved to take turns at speed limit but John drives like there is suddenly going to be a stop light or right-angle turn at any moment).

When I called the national First Student charter line to book the bus, our first trip got canceled by weather. When I called back to rebook they didn't have my reservation so I had to start all over again. Took 15 minutes just to send the trip to the local establishment. Took them a day to "approve" the trip.

In the meantime, I got an email and there were several things wrong (addresses). I had to call in and take another 5 minutes to get it straight - very frustrating. I don't know what the first woman I spoke to heard but she had everything wrong. The email didn't have all the locations either - but when I called they were like "yea yea, we know you're going 3 places, got it!" but then John shows up - he's from Chicago and knows where nothing is. WHAT? WHY? He's got terrible turn-by-turn google map print outs (ever hear of waze guys?) he's trying to read. When I thought that was the reason for his slowness, I offered to just guide him in all the way. He pitched the papers, and continued to drive slowly.

This company should try to make it easier to book a reservation and upgrade the technology. This is about the third time we've used them and it will be the last. Mega uncomfortable seats aren't that bad if you get there faster and cheaper... no thanks.
