Student Camp
We booked a bus to transport our students to Hattiesburg for a student camp, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The bus arrived an hour and a half after our scheduled departure time, which significantly delayed our trip. During that time, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the appropriate personnel to find out the status of the bus. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and no updates were provided without us having to repeatedly reach out. The lack of customer service and communication made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I hope improvements are made to ensure better reliability and customer support in the future.

The bus driver was super nice
The bus driver was super nice, but she was 18 minutes late and we were on a tight schedule. I also never received a confirmation call when the route was picked up, which I was told that I would. I had to call and check, and they said it was an oversight. The route had been picked up, but no one called me.
