We were on a one way street in historic New Bedford so our lovely driver Mary went ahead of time to scope the area so we would have a smooth day. She was polite and easy to communicate with. We loved first student for our wedding!

N issues at all
N issues at all. Bus was on time and the transportation was great. The company was very helpful with any questions I had.

Our shuttle bus for our wedding arrived…
Our shuttle bus for our wedding arrived at the hotel even earlier than planned! They waited 30 minutes for guests to get on before daparting to our venue and then stayed on site for the entire wedding until it ended and everyone got on the bus back to the hotel! Everything was smooth and perfect!

I can’t say enough good things!
I can’t say enough good things! Our driver was so understanding when plans had to shift. We felt super comfortable and the driver was so thoughtful with making us feel comfortable with last minute changes. It was great not worrying about our shuttle during the day of the wedding!

Our experience with First Charter was…
Our experience with First Charter was excellent! We used them throughout our wedding weekend to take a group of guests to several fun weekend events, and for our wedding day. The drivers were very friendly, patient, and easy-going. They showed up on time and made the whole experience a breeze. They even put up cute little posters up in the bus congratulating us newly-weds!

Jackie was on time and absolutely terrific. She made several shuttle trips between the hotel and the wedding venue. It was a great convenience for us.

Great experience
The communication from the office was great when there were some last minute changes. Despite drivers shortages, they made our trip work. The drivers were patient, flexible, friendly and easy to work with.
