Our experience with the wedding shuttle service was extremely disappointing. The driver did not follow the agreed-upon routes or the itinerary that was provided in advance. Several scheduled pickups were missed, and guests were left waiting because the driver did not arrive at the designated locations as planned and had to pay for Ubers and/or walk in the heat.

The driver also disappeared for several hours without any communication. This caused significant disruptions to our wedding day, including interfering with our scheduled photo session and creating unnecessary stress for us and our guests.

In addition, the final three hours of scheduled guest pickups were not completed at all, despite being included in our service agreement. This left guests without the transportation that had been arranged and paid for.

Overall, the service did not meet the expectations outlined in our contract. The lack of adherence to the agreed schedule, missed pickups, poor communication, and failure to complete the contracted transportation made this one of the most disappointing aspects of our wedding day. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

Ms. White the driver was wonderful. The bus was clean and quiet. She was right on schedule and the field trip we took was a success! Working with your company was easy from start to finish!

Had a great experience. The driver was very dependable, reliable and courteous (the bus was on time both arriving and departing) He was quiet but enjoyed us “old people” singing “the wheels in the bus”. He also noted that I had almost dropped some $$ and brought it to my attention.

Great service. Pleasant drivers

I hired this bus company for my wedding. Clear and concise instructions were given for pick up times and they were not followed. The bus showed up an hour early for the first pick up, blocked the road and got the cops called which causes craziness at our wedding. IN that we lost a shuttle time that people were expecting to take home. For the last shuttle time at the end of the night then bus was 20 minutes late and had to be called multiple times to come pick up. Extremely disappointed and caused a lot of stress and chaos on my wedding day.

Our bus driver was such a kind and caring gentleman. Numerous guests commented on how it was the cleanest bus they’d ever been on. Everything ran so smoothly for our guests.
