Wonderful experience! Punctual, professional. Everything we needed for our wedding.

The shuttle bus was almost 15 mins late to our hotel to pick up many of our guests. This caused a lot of stress and it pushed our ceremony back a bit. For almost $1,000 for a school bus shuttle, this is unacceptable.

We used First Student to transport wedding guests from the hotels to the venue. Bill was extremely helpful before the trip in making sure the routes and times were confirmed. Our driver, John, was extremely personable. He was early for the first run to make sure we were set to go and was responsive to any questions we had. We were extremely pleased with the service for our wedding! Thank you!

We hired First Student for a pub crawl for 44 people and it was outstanding. Our driver was great, accommodating and helpful to use and was always right where we needed him. It was an absolutely delight and it help our event go flawlessly.

We had two busses for the night, shuttling for a wedding. One of the bus drivers was very prompt and knew how to get to the venue and hotel. She was extremely kind and patient. The other bus unfortunately had trouble figuring out where to go. A 20 minute ride took about 45 minutes at the end of the night.

The service got us out of a pinch with needing a wedding shuttle. The driver however was terrible. Missed multiple turns slamed the breaks on multiple times causing our stuff to fly all over the buss. Stopped in the middle of the road while turning almost causing us to get side swipped, eventually we had to send someone up front with a gps and give the driver step by step directions including "slow down the turns is coming up and your about to miss it again". At one point the driver was going 40 in a 55 on a main road for a long duration causing other traffic to start passing us in double yellows out of frustration and almost causing more accidents. Im usually pretty tolrant to things but this driver was completely lost and a danger to the road. I found myself holding onto my kids extra tight almost expecting we would be getting in an accident.

The process of finding a driver was a little rough but all in all the experience was positive.

First student was 10/10 in every facet of the day. We hired them out for transportation to and from our wedding. They showed up early and got all of our guests were they needed to be on time in a safe manner. The driver couldn’t have been more accommodating and a pleasure to be with. The bus was about 15 minutes late but other than that it was a great experience.
Our driver was very helpful and friendly! He helped us load up tons and tons of bags from Target. We had a great experience and would definitely do it again!
