Our driver was wonderful. She got us all to the concert and was there to pick us up when it was over. She was very sweet and polite and did a great job driving. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you for great transportation of our large group.

Did exactly what I wanted, at a good price -- late night service to transport guests back to the hotel for a wedding.

Our driver was very friendly and arrived early, which I was very grateful for! We stayed in town, and had 6 different stops on our itinerary. However, without consulting me first, our driver changed the order of our stops - which I was frustrated with. Overall, it was a nice experience.

No complaints. They enjoyed the ride. Put them Sleep on the way back.

We got a bus for the end of our wedding night to go from our venue to the afterparty to the hotel in a loop. Making the booking was easy enough, but I was never able to reach the local contact. I called tge week before the event, left a message. Then called 4 days in a row leading up to the wedding leaving a message. I even called twice the day of our wedding. Without any verbal confirmation or discussion kf how we'd know when the bus would be there we didn't know if it was going to show up or how to coordinate who they should be calling. They did end up showing up but bc we never could coordinate they only were calling and messaging my phone, the bride, which I did not have my phone on me. Luckily we caught the bus when we needed it, but I don't think our guests knew when it was out there except for when we led them to it at the very end of the night. It worked our but it was a stress point of the night guessing what to expect.

We had a great experience with First Charter Bus! The bus drivers were at the designated pickup location 15 minutes early. One of them even called to let me know where they parked. I definitely recommend this bus company.

This year it was hard to get started and First Student has remained patient and worked with us every step. We have used a lot of buses this school year and everything has gone well. I know the shortage of drivers makes things difficult. I look forward to the future and there are more time blocks available but great service.
