Drivers were great, on time and wonderful!

Hello! The driver was great. Loved her. A few pieces of feedback. I would have loved to drop a google pin on the pick-up locations via email or digital form vs verbally having to share via the phone. We didn't have standard pick-up locations, so that would have been helpful. Also, finding someone to speak to and following up happened often, vs someone reaching back out to me. Especially when first inquiring about the bus. Overall, I would rent again.

Wanted to save someone else from the horrific experience I just had with First Charter for our wedding transportation. They are very misleading in their communications and do not disclose all guidelines and policies up front. They have led us to a transportation nightmare 5 days before our wedding. They limit the number of stops on hourly rentals but do not tell you this until your final route is due the week before your wedding. There was no warning, nothing in writing, nothing in the agreement, no discussion of the multiple stop issue. They were well aware that we would need multiple locations due to the location of our wedding from the get go and no one mentioned the limitations. Do your research and avoid them at all costs if you have a similar setup. Nothing like scrambling five days before your wedding...

We used First Charter for a concert and it was an awesome experience. People had more fun on the bus than the actual concert. The driver was great he got us there on time and after the concert he turned on his flashing lights to make it easier to find him. Great prices and great service. Already looking forward to using them again.

Super affordable and exactly what our group needed. Driver was fantastic, friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel taken care of!

The buses were late on both our pick up days. On the trip home, two of the buses didn't fuel up before picking up our students and so had to make another stop. We had an issue with one of the bus drivers listening to explicit music that was inappropriate for our students.

Overall the bus drivers were courteous and respectful.

Our bus drivers were great. We had 2 buses to get our group to our destination. They were on time both for pick-up and drop-off. We, as a group, were late and so I apologize for that, but our drivers did their best to get us back on time. Will recommend to our entire organization.
