We had a great experience and the buses were early on arrival! The bus drivers were kind and gracious and helped us out when we needed to switch locations mid-trip. We will continue using this service.

Awesome service !! Would book again! Clean buses & super, super nice bus drivers. My favorite part was how the buses stayed at the event the whole time- so departure was so easy! Only problem was the 2 missing buses but we ordered a lot of buses!

The buses were around 15 minutes late. Our event ended and everyone in our large group had to wait outside behind the venue in a parking lot at night. Besides that the buses and drivers were great.

We requested buses for 100 people, but the two buses we received could not carry 100 people. Our trip was on a Friday evening, and we did not have time to wait and see if Central City could send us a bigger bus. We had to take a private vehicle, but this inattention to detail could have several hampered our trip.

Lisa was our driver on 11/19/19 for an adult field trip around Baton Rouge, LA. She was TERRIFIC! She was polite, professional, courteous, and best of all, she knew the route to a T. Unlike last year's FC bus rental experience, I didn't have to give turn-by-turn directions. Lisa knew exactly where we were going. Lisa is also a very careful driver, also unlike last year.
If I rent again from First Charter next year, I do hope to get Lisa assigned to our event again.

I ordered two buses. The second bus was 45 minutes late causing us to get to our location late and having less time to spend on our field trip.
