Great service. We used them for our wedding guests and they were prompt with the pick up and drop off to and from the hotels. They were on time, reliable, and affordable compared to other options. Would definitely use again if we needed, and will continue to recommend them.

Our bus drivers Lashondra and Christa were great to work with, as well with the phone gals that helped me do the planning of the wedding shuttles. Lashondra caught a mistake in the destination and called to verify it, which avoid a HUGE disaster of all the quest going to the wrong place, far away!

Our bus drivers were amazing! We had two wonderful ladies, one was Tiffany, and I can't remember the others name, but both were fabulous!

First Student could use some better processes though. The bus company did not give the drivers my phone number, and ended at the wrong location at our camp. We sent a mom over to see if the bus was on the other side of camp, and thankfully she was able to direct them to where we were waiting, but the ladies told me the company did not give my number to them to call me. The emergency number that was given to me never picked up, and that person ended up texting me 3 hours later.

Overall my experience with First Charter has been good, however, this time around it saddened me to experience a lack of attention to detail in picking up our students for the return portion of our trip. The busses were an hour late, without any explanation for why this was the case. The drivers were and always have been amazing, however, this lack of attention to detail from what I would assume has to do with scheduling and administration was quite disheartening. Again, I have always had no problem with scheduling busses, the drivers, or even many of our past trips, but this last one was really unfortunate and caused quite a bit of unnecessary grief on my end.

Howard, Charlie, Steve and Cheryl were amazing. They were really helpful and courteous with our people. Busses were very clean and well maintained.
Thanks First Charter Bus we will definitely be renting from them again.

We did have a bus arrive 20 minutes late, but it was from a mechanical issue that was resolved. I was very happy to see our price was automatically adjusted to account for the time lost during the trip. Otherwise our driver, Sue, was amazing and very friendly. We left a speaker on the bus she very promptly found and returned! I was also very happy with the customer service side to track down the bus when it was late and make changes to itinerary when needed.

On time. Checked seats for any belongings and found a coat that was returned.
