Great trip. Driver was great!

First Charter was fantastic for our wedding! They were timely, professional, and answered all of my many questions leading up to the wedding. Our guests also LOVED the school buses and found them so unique and nostalgic. I definitely recommend First Charter for any of your wedding and event transportation needs.

The buses were extremely hot, and in some cases, the bus drivers did not allow our folks to open the windows. Also, the drives took much longer than expected - the bus drivers in some cases did not take what the maps indicated would have been the fastest route.

In addition, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the bus company to make any changes to the itinerary prior to the event. We had to go through multiple phone numbers, hours on hold, etc just to change the time of our bus by 15 minutes.

Our bus was supposed to make 2 pickups after our wedding and only did one. People were left stranded at the venue and had to wait 30 min for an Uber. It’s been 3 days and no one at the company has responded to our request for a partial refund

The price was great, the service was great! I used them for an event during Commissioning Week at USNA, so there was traffic to contend with and they came through with flying colors! Two thumbs up!

The company and all the people working for it are just exceptional. I came to them with a last minute request and they not only helped me, but graciously helped me when we had to makw changes twice. The sales staff, Gabe and Felicia were friendly and supportive. The local bus company and Kevin Chase have been phenomenal. I will ALWAYS recommend this company!

I keep coming back to this company because they have given me the best service yet when travel with a group of Youth Girl Dancers. They are always patient with us. They also understand that little girls can be loud and hype when they are excited. Not one driver has acted as if they were a burden when they are doing their job. Customer services is above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great job transporting our guests safely to and from our wedding. Driver also played music on the ride back to keep the party going. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Despite having booked weeks in advance and confirming the day before that our transportation was good to go, the company did not reserve a bus driver. Thank god for Uber, otherwise our plans would’ve been ruined.

Driver was late so I called and the driver had confused the pickup time so the operator told me she would be late. Called back about 45 minutes later and they didn’t even bother to tell me they couldn’t get a bus to us for at least two hours. Completely missed the event we all bought tickets to and I am still waiting for a refund. Do not recommend this service at all, incredibly disorganized and unreliable.

Our driver arrived early, accommodated our travelers needs & was extremely polite. We felt safe at all times of our trip and we will certainly be using this service again in the future.
