Driver was on time, called when he arrived. bus was clean. Everything worked well

No one answered either same-day number or returned phone calls.
I had wedding guests that were stranded.

Very good!
First driver was on time. I was hoping the driver can speed up a little. But, of course, safety first.
I called the office and requested for the second driver to come and pick us up 15 minutes earlier. To my disappointment, they were going to charge me more. So I said, nevermind.
To my surprise, the second driver was there I believe 2 hours early.
It was less stressful knowing that we can get to our destination ahead of schedule.
