Nice website which is easy to navigate and to order.
Delivery was super fast. The wood is excellent and burns really well and as it's delivered in a crate and not tipped on your drive there's lots less mess to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Ordered 2m³ of firewood
Ordered 2m³ of firewood, but received a pallet measuring roughly 1m x 1m x 1m, which is only 1m³. Simple maths — that’s half of what was advertised. Very disappointing and misleading. I’d appreciate a proper explanation or resolution.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the volume of your delivery.
We understand how this may appear, however, our firewood is supplied in stacked crates, and the stated volume (2m³) refers to the total loose volume of the logs rather than the external dimensions of the pallet itself. When logs are stacked and transported, there are natural gaps between them, which can make the crate appear smaller than the advertised volume.
That said, we take your concerns seriously and would be more than happy to review your order to ensure everything has been supplied correctly. Please contact us directly with your order details and, if possible, photos of the delivery so we can investigate further and provide a full resolution.

I have bought logs from this company…
I have bought logs from this company for a number of years with no issues.
My first problem last year was very poor quality ‘premium hardwood’ It gave out little heat, a lot of smoke and a huge amount of waste, I complained but didn’t get a reply. I then went on to order kiln dried ash which was more expensive but worth it. I have recently ordered the ash again but the delivery I received was the same ‘premium hardwood’ rubbish I received before.
I have emailed to complain that they have supplied me with something that is definitely not ash (which I paid for) therefore not as described in the order.
Still no reply, your customer service is not acceptable and I intend to take this further.

I was struggling to place another order on the internet. Telephoned the office to see why this was only to find I had missed some required details. Placed my order over the phone and got a discount.Logs crated exceptionally well. Order delivered within a week as normal. Very easy company to deal with.

We bought the B grade premium
We bought the B grade premium
Hardwood. We had bought this before and thought it good value for money. This time round most of the box is off cuts. Literally little better than kindling with most wood 1-3cm thick. This time there were a handful of proper logs.
Waste of money imho.
Also ‘sold as seen’ which would be fine if it was logs rather than kindling!
