The logs were taken to our garage which made it. easier to unload. The logs were good sizes and none that would be too big for the log burner.

Order confirmation straight away with further regular updates regarding delivery. Delivered via palletway by a very polite and helpful driver. Product itself is very good, well stacked and the crate now unloaded into wood store makes good kindling.

As per your order, the product purchased was our B-Grade firewood. This is a discounted product sold on an “as is” basis, and as outlined at the point of purchase, log size and diameter can vary significantly from our standard specifications, with some pieces being thinner or smaller than typical logs. There may also be visible mould, discolouration, or higher moisture content, as these crates do not meet our usual quality control standards.
These products are offered at a reduced price due to such variations, however, they are still suitable for burning and are expected to provide good heat output.
We do understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback.

Awful comms. Paid for speedy delivery and it was delayed. Nothing from Firewood, no apology, no notice. A week later still nothing.

Nice website which is easy to navigate and to order.
Delivery was super fast. The wood is excellent and burns really well and as it's delivered in a crate and not tipped on your drive there's lots less mess to deal with.
Highly recommended.
