poor customer service
poor customer service. no response after calls and emails for a custom order. Then proof went to production without approval, sent product to correct address but not correct person. This was a gift, so sending it to the correct person on the package was important. Would love for someone to contact me regarding a corrected replacement order. So far, I've only gotten a reply to this review.

A proof was sent along with multiple reminder emails requesting review and approval. Our system shows those emails were successfully delivered. You provided your feedback outside of the proof portal, and the team implemented revisions and processed your final approval.
The final proof accurately reflected the engraved layout and was produced as shown. Additionally, the order was shipped to the exact address provided and approved during the ordering process.

Beautiful Trophy But Engraving Hard to Read
Beautiful Trophy and art piece we just wished the engraving was more visible on the base. It is really hard to read the engraving on clear glass - it needs either a color fill or something to make the engraving legible with the reflection.

Low Quality Print with No Solution
Very disappointed with our experience here. We received an award that was poor quality, very blurry resolution and the print even rubbed off. Then when asked for an alternative solution like UV printing the Customer Service rep did not understand, and even told me they only use UV printing (which was incorrect since this was printed with VividPrint).
What's worse is I cannot return this award for a refund - so I am out 300$, even though they could easily strip the print off the product and re-use it. Now I have to find an entirely new vendor in 4 weeks (I made sure to start this process early in case this would happen. Glad I did.) Very disappointed.

Thank you, Sophia, for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns, but we’d like to clarify a few important points.
The award you received was produced using our VividPrint™ process, which is a form of UV printing—our standard for high-resolution, full-color imprinting on crystal. The print does not simply “rub off” under normal handling. If the image degraded, it was likely due to contact with a cleaning agent, which can dissolve the ink. These pieces should only be cleaned with water or a dry microfiber cloth to preserve the finish.
Additionally, as with all personalized and custom-printed items, our products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. In those rare cases, we issue a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned, as the cost and risk of damage in transit often outweigh the value.
That said, we’ve already put a free replacement into production and it’s scheduled to ship before the end of the week. We appreciate you starting the process early, and we’re confident the new piece will meet your expectations—just be sure to handle it with care, as recommended.
Hidden fee’s
The product was fine but hiding pricing and not being explicitly clear where and what would be charged, including ignoring art instructions leaves me very frustrated.
If you need a trophy they are fine just be very very careful when it comes to ordering or expected additional fee’s that you were unaware of until you are charged.
