The person I had initial and continued contact with (Jake) was super helpful. The order went to another contact for finalizing. Obtained the template and provided the artwork, but he did not communicate his vacation plans. Need to communicate those things so clients can plan accordingly and make their in-hands deadline.

Awesome Customer Reps
The quality was great and their customer service staff is sublime! I had to place a rush order for one of our awards because the CEO ended up not liking the arwork (not Fine Awards fault) and they got it shipped out within a week just in time for our event!

The awards were never received on time
We experienced significant issues with our recent order. The awards were never received on time. They sent us a tracking number from last year, only to tell us later that they would not be ready on time.
We hope this feedback is used to improve the customer experience and prevent others from encountering the same problems.
