Received the wrong plaque, was for another person at another company. After no response by email, I left a review and got an immediate response. They did make and ship the correct plaque, it was just not in time for the celebration. Mistakes happen, so I appreciate that they made it right.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly, even the authorization of the work. The only comment was an error on my part. I didn't look at the size of the finished product on the website and thought this plaque would be 8-1/2 x 11 but it is 5 x 6. Looks nice though, thanks.

Packing was destroyed during shipping. When I emailed with pictures……. This is the response I received.
“Packing is only to protect product during shipping”
Stop advertising your products with beautiful packaging if we have to throw them away. Or just use the cheapest thing available in the world. Why are you wasting your money on expensive packaging?

Like many companies, we showcase how awards are packaged so customers know what to expect. Some awards come in simple white gift boxes, while others come in satin-lined presentation boxes. In every case, the primary purpose of the box is to protect the award during shipping and handling.
While we package carefully, carriers can handle shipments roughly, and occasionally, the outer presentation box may wear and tear, even though it successfully protected the award inside. We do not stock large quantities of replacement boxes or ship empty boxes separately, as doing so increases waste, cost, and environmental impact.
That said, we’re sorry your packaging did not arrive in pristine condition. We appreciate your feedback and understand that presentation matters, even when protection is the primary function.

It is expensive for what it is. Design process and edits are a bit quirky and don’t flow well. Overall, not worth what was paid. A bit disappointed.
