Big Al was my agent
Big Al was my agent. Definitely took time with me, and went over other plans with me to help me better understand. He ended up finding a better plan then I found. He also made sure all my doctors are in network. I appreciate someone simply caring because insurance is hard to understand.

The experience was great
The experience was great, because the agent was friendly and courteous. He provided all answers to any questions I had,and he made the questions forthcoming.
In addition he made the whole process warm and non time consuming.
In regards he also didn't make me feel less than because I needed help with my nonexistent health insurance .
His help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Easy to apply, fluid communication , approval fast. Just wish Adding dental and vision weren’t so much more expensive.
