Forced to be recovered by health insurance by government is not acceptable
Forced to have health insurance by government or we don’t get any money back from their extorting and stealing our money throughout the year is bullshit

Hi, sorry to hear you are having troubles. This is not free money. It is based on your income and your household. Incorrectly reporting estimated income for the year would potentially result in the government recapturing the money. So be as honest as you can with regards to your estimated income and household. If you get a big raise but dont change your income on your health application it will affect you in April next year as you attempt to file taxes. Same thing with your household size. Reporting 1 person to get a higher subsidy when there may be 3 people in your house could also result in a recapture of subsidy. Generally, if you correctly report your income and household size there are no penalties. Hope this helps. Thank you for the review.
