PHILLIP PICOU made this experience awesome. Actually this is the secound time he has given me excellent customer service. When I first received marketplace insurance I had someone give me basically the worst insurance coverage you have. When I spoke with Phillip corrected all my information. He was so pleasant to converse with. That was like 2 years ago.today I recieved another call from him wanting to see if I wa ted to find a much better plan. I been meaning to call him. Im so glad he called me so I could get this taken care of. He is just so amazing. He definitely a raise. He helped so much. Thank you again Phillip
