I'll be honest, I wasn't looking forward to connecting with any kind of health insurance. But from the moment I was online it was a smooth experience all around. I liked that I was able to choose my own plan without hearing the agent breathing on the other end. So I was completely relaxed. You all are very professional, very friendly, and that seems to be becoming a rarity these days. Please don't lose that. Ultimately you created a system that allows the user the freedom and privacy to be able to make important decisions regarding their health coverage.

When I first received marketplace insurance I had someone give me basically the worst insurance coverage you have. When I spoke with Phillip corrected all my information. He was so pleasant to converse with. That was like 2 years ago.today I recieved another call from him wanting to see if I wa ted to find a much better plan. I been meaning to call him. Im so glad he called me so I could get this taken care of. He is just so amazing. He definitely a raise. He helped so much. Thank you again Phillip
