I am extremely grateful to Maria for assisting me to make reservations. She was very patient and suggested alternative dates to find less expensive fares. She confirmed the reservations and it was confirmed by email within few minutes.

I booked an economy flight, and called 5 minutes later to confirm the booking. I was told by Mark that it was no longer available and to switch to main cabin which the price would increase about $200. He did look at other airlines and a different day, however the price remained about $200 more. I then told him i was interested in booking anything an he attempted to charge me a fee for the original flight i booked that was not available when i called 5 minutes after attempting to book it. Sounds like a scam to me. I wonder why people don't trust the internet. I had to lock my card and now I feel the need to cancel it and get a new one

Scam, bought my ticket got the email and called to confirm as it requested all within 5 minutes.
I was told by Maria that the price I was given was no longer available and my previous charge of 123.00 was now going to be 275.00 as she referred to it as only going up a "little bit". I said no, I want to cancel it right now as I only booked it 2 min ago. (more like 7 at this point). She proceeded to tell me it was going to be a 75.00 cancelation fee....I said no its not. She spoke with her supervisor and still tried to charge me the fee, at that point I told her I wanted to speak to the supervisor directly and at that moment she agreed to waive the fee. She was very polite I will give her that, but this experience was definitely not good, and I will not use this site again.

Book through a legit site. It's a little more expensive but you don't have to worry about stuff like this.

Jetcost.com and flightsearch.com are part of a sophisticated scam where cheap flights are advertised and links to companies like Holidaycart.net and FindFlightCost.co.uk.
Once you have booked and paid for your flight you will not get the e-tickets promised. You will get a call stating the flights requested are promotional offers or stand by tickets, they do not include baggage or meals. They will then ask you to upgrade (at substantial cost), agree to an alternative or cancel (for a cancellation fee for something that has not been booked??)- do not agree to any of these. They will threaten you with their terms and conditions (all lies). They will have to give you your money back if they have not provided what you paid for.
I spoke to Holidaycart.net and to FindFlightCost.co.uk, someone called Ronie (probably false) (at both companies??) who had the same voice, same manner of speaking and same accent. These companies are a scam, be advised.

Mr. Simon Hill was an excellent, your Representative was courteous, helpful and provide excellent follow-up communications as well as advice. I wish interaction with other organizations support personal could be as pleasant. He is to be congratulated for his professionalism. Thank you/JuanCarlos

Total SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Everything everyone has said is true. BAIT AND SWITCH.

They will tell you a price online when booking, but when you call is the actual price offered everywhere else. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I booked a flight for 178 dollars and paid for it. A minute later i got a call from the travel agency and was told flights change so quickly & my flight is no longer available at that price. Itll only be available for another 400 dollars each and if i want to cancel Ill be charge 50 dollars a ticket. I want those flights. They cancelled my ticket after I complained for a few minutes. I want those flights at the advertised flight.

Professional, accomodating, courtesy follow up and getting the entire purchase through to ensure confidence and completion.

I was about to press pay then looked at the reviews….unfortunately the reviews are correct…..NEGATIVE! I rang to check the price and even though it’s still on their sight it wasn’t available so they added over £1,000 onto the price. Stick with Skyscanner people as they are true prices with proper companies

Since there is no ZERO STARS option, I chose 1 star. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. Here is how it works. You book and pay online then you get an email stating that you've made a "reservation request." The email instructs you to call a 1-855 number but not to worry....before you have a chance to call, they will call you. The agent, "Maria" will tell you about a "glitch" with your reservation request but assure you that she (or he, I guess) will be able to help you work it out. I was first offered different flights that were $1,200 more than what I paid for. When I wouldn't accept that, I was offered flights that were $700 more that what I paid for. If you are here reviewing this scam company after you have clicked send with your credit card information (like me). Just forcefully tell them to cancel the reservations. You will then have to keep a close eye on your credit card for the next couple of weeks. THIS IS SO WEAK!!!!! Geez, what a waste of time.

This EDIT is in response to the comment below from findflightcost.com. While I did closely follow my credit card for the next few weeks, no unauthorized charges were placed on the card. Also, the initial amount that I did authorized never posted. That is the good part. What is bad and a complete waste of time is that their sales tactics are classic bait & switch.
